What is a procedure for Canadian team selection?

We usually send the highest rated players that are interested in playing. When the tournament was in Hungary where the hotel costs were quite reasonable we sent three teams. I believe that we usually pay entry fees plus give about $700 per player towards expenses. Assuming a successful CYCC, we should be able to do something similar this year.
