Please let me know, if you're thinking of participating at Pan American Youth Chess Festival in Brazil, August 1st to 8th , 2010.

In addition, Xuekun asked me to post this info to help other parents and players:

1. Official players will have free accommodation and food at VINOCAAP Hotel. If anyone wants to stay at Dall Onder Hotel where the tournament will be held, they need to pay $200 USD extra. There will be shuttles to the tournament place.

2. No pre-payment required for foreigners at this moment (we can pay at arrival) but the deadline for officials to register as officials is July 10. Players and parents should make the hotel reservation ASAP to avoid fully booking.
