Toronto Closed Chess Championship

Starts: April 18, 2024
Schedule: April 18, 25 @ 7pm, May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 @ 7pm, June 6, 13 @ 7pm, and June 20 @ 7pm for makeup games. The default time for any game is 30 min
Entry Fee: $100 – should be paid by April 15 to confirm participation
Highlights: Compete in this exclusive event for GTA residents.


April-May Evening Chess Series FIDE and CFC Rating Builder

Starting Date: April 16, 2024
Schedule:: April 23, 30 @ 7pm, and May 7, 14, 21 @ 7pm.
Entry Fee: $20 per evening+ discount for Club Members
Highlights: Extend your chess play into the evenings with this series.


April 20 Juniors CYCC Qualifier

Date: April 20, 2024
Entry Fee: $35, + discount for Club Members
Highlights: A stepping stone for juniors aiming for higher competition.


April Open Tournament

Dates: April 26-28, 2024
Entry Fee: $80, $50 for Univeristy Students and Seniors 65+ if registered and paid before April 15; full fee after
Free for GM/WGM and IM/WIM if registered and paid before April 15; full fee after
Highlights: Engage in high-level competition in this open event.
