I'm asking in advance to include (most likely) under the New Business - CFC and FIDE ratings - current status.

The discussion matter is how to place players in proper sections after the recent FIDE rating changes. (under 2000, the rating differences became HUGE).
*** the CFC would issue suggestions/directives that organizers could follow without much thinking.
*** the CFC will stay aside and leave organizers do whatever they want.

    Thnx.

    Hi Vlad,

Unfortunately (or fortunately for me) I will be travelling during this time with limited access to the internet.

You only need to connect once or twice to participate if you get the chance. At some point, I want to try a zoom meeting for one of these quarterly meetings.

Note: The meeting of Sun March 17 - Thurs March 21 has now been moved to the CFC Archive area and is open for viewing on a "read only" basis.

This can be found in the CFC Archives section or via the following link:

That link doesn't seem to work - here is the link I copied from the forum page -

    https://www.chesscanada.info/forum/f...rterly-Meeting

when I post this we'll see if it works... my link works(!)
If you examine the link in Lyle's post there is a superfluous http:// at the front ... this forum software is kind of brutal in many ways.... oh well.
