Everyone who scores at least 2.5/5 points will qualify for the Canadian Youth Chess Championships (CYCC) 2024 happening in Laval QC, July 9-12, 2024

WINNER FROM EACH AGE GROUP RECEIVE 25$ CREDIT TOWARDS THEIR REGISTRATION COST FOR OCC OR CYCC!

Date: March 9, 2024 (Check in between 10:30 - 11AM)
Location: Longfields-Davidson Heights Secondary School Cafeteria, 149 Berrigan Dr, Nepean, ON K2J 5C6

Type: Regular Swiss, CFC rated, Trophies for top 3 in each category

Sections: U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, U18

Rounds: 5

Times: 11AM, 12:30PM, 1:30PM, 2:30PM, 3:30PM, 4:30PM (Award Ceremony)

Time Control: 25 min + 5 sec

Byes: A bye for any round can be requested before the day of the tournament (Feb 10)

Entry Fee: $35 before Feb 20, 45$ before March 8
