I will post an agenda here for the outgoing and incoming meetings within the week and also email the required notifications to the voting members. If you would like to add something to the agenda, you can email me or Lyle Craver.

I will be standing again for election as CFC president.

There are currently two bids from BC for the 2025 CYCC and Canadian Open from the Van City Chess Club/Juniors to Masters program and Penny Chess Club. Both are in suburbs of Vancouver. There will be a bid from Guelph, Ontario as well. Unfortunately the forum software only allows the posting of smaller PDF files so I will need to use something like WeTransfer to give the voting members and public access to these bids. I will share the bids once they are all in, most likely as one zipped file.

I have removed the link to the bids until all the bids are in or the AGM meeting is about to start.
