Whether they needed it or not President Arkady Dvorkovich contacted me a month or perhaps six weeks ago (my whatsapp is not working at the moment so I can't give an exact time frame) and indicated that this was a strong possibility. He asked if we supported this bid and I indicated that we did. I told the CFC board and Aris Marghetis and Hal Bond about this and generally kept it quiet as I did not want any problems or issues to derail it. We offered full support of the CFC for the bid and offered to help in any way that we could to bring this to fruition.
