    Good point Lyle. I don't think any of our personal opinions matter in the face of a Provincial regulation, or the requirements of a facility (hotel) being rented, etc.

    Political developments are always important and particularly at this time.

    So we have reports from four people - what happened to the rest? I realize there were extentuating circumstances in some cases, but still ...

    We can leave this reports thread open a bit longer if you want to copy and paste it into the meeting.

    Victor went to the FIDE Planning and Development Commission meeting in Mexico where he had an opportunity to at least meet all of the top FIDE leadership. It came up somewhat suddenly as FIDE matters tend to happen these days. We are thankful that Victor was able to attend on short notice.
