Here's a link to the wiki re: the Bogo-Indian Defence:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bogo-Indian_Defence

The wiki treats the Bogo in very skimpy fashion IMHO. It can arise after 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 e6 3.Nf3 and then 3...Bb4+ starts the Bogo. Normally Bogo players would also play the Nimzo-Indian (3.Nc3 Bb4) if given the chance, and against 3.g3 Black can choose between 3...d5, 3...c5 or 3...Bb4+ (the latter often a favourite choice of Bogo players).

Going back to 3.Nf3, Black could choose between 3...d5, 3...c5 and 3...b6 (the Queen's Indian Defence, or QID), aside from the Bogo-Indian, and some much less common 3rd moves.

Something Nimzo/Bogo players will need to think about is what to play if White uses the three soundest flank opening moves, namely 1.c4, 1.Nf3 and 1.g3, especially if they do not wish to be move-ordered into playing a QID line, or a 1...d7-d5 opening; not only that, but Black just might also not wish to play a Sicilian (at least at times). Books that include the Bogo that I've seen over the years, besides the wiki given here, have not addressed this repertoire issue (perhaps because even Black's choices vs. 1.e4, besides vs. certain flank openings, might affect things).

For the constraints I just mentioned, one possible solution is as Black to answer 1.c4 with 1...e5 or 1...c5 (if 1...e6 White could play 2.Nf3 and delay d2-d4, or he could play 2.Nc3 hoping for 2...Nf6 3.e4 [for example]); in case of 1.Nf3 Black could play 1...Nf6 and if 2.g3 b5!? is possible (or 2...c5 if g3-Sicilians are tolerable) and if 2.c4 c5 (thus 1.c4 Nf6 was possible too) with the idea of 3.g3 b6 (3...d5!? or 3...g6 are alternatives) possibly followed by ...g7-g6 in order to avoid playing ...e6, when a later ...d5 might prove best - if Black desires a second, unrelated choice vs. 1.Nf3 he could add 1...g6, say if he plays the Pirc at times, besides the Grunfeld perhaps; also, note Black can answer 1.g3 like he did the English Opening, by playing 1...e5 or 1...c5 (the latter can be replaced with 1...g6 if he dislikes the Sicilian to the point of not even playing g3-lines of it as Black). Finally, in case of 1.d4 Nf6 2.Nf3 e6 3.g3, 3...b5!? is possible besides 3...c5.
