Request for Proposal regarding Editor of the Newsletter
Greeting chess fans,
I am inviting any person that is interested in becoming the Editor of the forthcoming Electronic CFC Newsletter, to please submit your resumé to the President of the Chess Federation of Canada.
Please submit the following:
1) Outline of layout of the CFC newsletter
2) Experience in this field - Resume
3) Examples of previous work with newsletters, chess preferably.
The monthly budget for the newsletter will be able to afford two professional columnists (approx. $175 per article). The columnists are not required necessarily to be the same ones per month. It is possible to rotate among a number of columnists. A small honorarium for the editor is also planned. Schedule of the newsletter: It is published once a month and distributed on approximately the third week of the month.
