In the MGW controversy, both sides of the debate have lied at least at times. My question would be, if the MGW believers feel they have the truth on their side, why would they feel the need to lie? I take it one reason for all the lies by both sides is that a lot of money and power is at stake. Anyway, here is (left-wing biased) Wikipedia's entry on MGW denial. Note the vast amount of generalities, unlike the detailed evidence at least some of the links in this CFC Discussion Board Off-Topic Forum give to cast serious doubt on the claims of the believing side of the argument (if not to point out outright lies):
