We have been talking with Larry for some time about a possible Quebec based tournament. There may be CMA involvement in the 2015 Canadian Open but it won't be in Quebec (as noted elsewhere the polling on the French Chesstalk site was largely negative). Hal Bond and I discussed some options today on Skype and we will follow up on them.
