Welcome everyone, to the first-ever online AGM of the Ontario Chess Association!

The AGM is open to the public, including for commentary, for all matters other than any voting that might arise. Please try to maintain the level of decorum expected on the CFC's message board or you as an individual may lose the right to even view this forum.

This and many other items are for Incoming Governors.

Oops.

I guess "outgoing" means coming into the meeting as a governor (from previous term), but not necessarily continuing as one. (Initially thought "incoming" meant coming into the meeting as a governor, "outgoing" meant leaving the meeting as governor.)

Need to change my vote from "outgoing, not incoming" to "incoming, not outgoing." (Off to a great start, here!)

Hi,

Will try to visit this forums briefly on a daily basis, put myself on as an observer.
I was the outgoing secretary that one year and never submitted minutes, simply consulted the draft on occasion to clarify something. This draft is damaged and a pain to reconstruct, reason why I never completed it even after several intentions to do so.
If there's any specific piece of info that someone wants me to double check, let me know.

Hi Marcus,

I'm not sure how to correct that but am sure I don`t have the ability to do so. I'll make a note that for any reports on he AGM they reflect your post, and admit I had to go over it a second time to figure out what was going on there too.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Vlad Drkulec, being an outgoing CFC Governor, to be considered an outgoing OCA Governor also?
