Congratulations to FM Vladimir Pechenkin on becoming the 2012 Edmonton Champion.

Vlad won the final against IM Edward Porper by the score of 1.5/0.5. Vlad receives $250 and $1800 towards a major tournament of his choice. Edward receives $150 and $700 towards a tournament of his choice.
