Rating Auditor Report: As of 30 Sept 2014 the rating data base is showing no signs of inflation or deflation. Two examples: Top 100 players median rating 2345 (5 year range 2335 to 2356), Average of all Players Above 1200 active in the past 36 months 1697 (5 year range 1664 to 1710).
I have two motions for this meeting. One is to accept FQE ratings at par and the other is to allow players with FIDE/FQE/USCF ratings 200 points or more above their CFC ratings to apply to have their CFC ratings revised accordingly.
