The GTCL executives approved several bids from the Annex Chess Club to conduct these tournaments:

2023 Toronto Closed – April 17 – Jun 26;
2023 Toronto Women’s Closed – September 18 – November 13;
2023 Toronto Open – September 2–4;
2023 Toronto Blitz – August 14;
2023 GTCL Cup – November 27;
