For a BYE you must contact your opponent and cc. the Tournament Director by e-mail by Wednesday. If no arrangements are made
a NO-SHOW on a Thursday night is a rated FORFEIT at 7:30 PM.

The RA Chess Club is open Sundays at 1PM for make-up games. Friday April 21 the tournament will be sent to the CFC to be rated.

There is a concurrent pick-up Swiss section for those who do not have a round robin game on a Thursday. Every year we ask those who cannot commit to playing the round robin schedule to please play only in the pick-up Swiss section.
