Hal Bond, our FIDE Rep, has told me to go ahead and post this new thread. I think people know the drill here.
I expect we will post an initial deadline date for bids before the conclusion of the meeting - possibly as early as the 1st quarterly meeting (mid-late Nov).
We need all the details, number of rounds, expected number of players, registration fee, organizer's part of each registration, free hotel room requirement for players HoD etc. Will it be mandatory for the players to stay at the official hotel as in the WYCC?

That is three HoD per delegation, which means that an official player does not generate any profit.
One HOD per delegation and probably three delegations with an outside chance of four (which hasn't materialized in at least the last five or six NAYCC's. IF the FIDE trainer rules apply, it may mean no HOD. Official players still have to pay entry fees.Quote:
