Oksana Golubeva is our newest member of CFC board of directors

The Board of Directors of the Chess Federation of Canada is proud to announce that we have added Oksana Golubeva, the newly elected Women's Coordinator to our board. We had an introductory meeting today on Zoom. With the Youth Coordinator Christina Tao and Member At Large Patricia Gamliel our board is now one third women which brings us up to the Canadian Olympic Committee guideline of 30% female board members. We reached the FIDE target of 25% at our special meeting in February. We look forward to new perspectives and new ideas from our newest board member.
