The Confederation of Chess for America (CCA) and the Uruguayan Chess Federation (FUA), are pleased to invite all
National Chess Federations of the Americas to the Pan-American Youth Chess Festival Open & Girls Online Rapid & Blitz.

Schedule
(All times are based on Montevideo time)
Rapid: Saturday 21 & Sunday, 22 May 16:00 hs
Blitz: Saturday, 4 June 16:00 hs
Test events: Wednesday, 18 May & Wednesday, 1 June 20:00 hs



Time Control
Rapid games: 10 minutes + 3 seconds/move
Blitz games: 3 minutes + 2 seconds/move


Entry fees
CAD $150 for the PanAmerican Online Rapid & Blitz Online Chess Tournament include:
- The entry fees are USD 30 (Rapid) and USD 20 (Blitz) per player to be paid to the organizer.
- CFC exchange rate is 1.35.
- International bank wire fee.
- Credit card/bank charges when we collect and also remit fee.
- CFC admin fee.

*FIDE ID and updated CFC/FQE valid membership are required.

Team Canada Registration to the organizer will be thru the Chess Federation of Canada.
CFC reserves the right to decline any players for registering into this event.

Team Canada Pan American Training session
CFC is working along with JtM to provide a special training session dedicated for this event.
JtM is offering a special discounted CFC rate of $250 per Player for 4 training sessions of 2.5 hours over two weekends, May 7-8 and May 14-15, 2022. Starting time each day will be 11am PST / 2pm EST.
