I am adding a new " New Business " thread -# 17F - Topics Arising Out of GL # 4

The GL # 4 was just e-mailed this morning to all Governors.

Two particular items to note are that Eric van Dusen, President, has now declared he is not running for another term, and he has also indicated that Stijn de Kerpel, V-P, is also not running for the Executive again ( " While Stijn is retiring from the CFC Executive, " ).

It has also been noted in another thread that the 2010-11 Budget vote results are NOT in GL # 4 - do governors still think that early posting of vote results is unnecessary ? ( I tried twice before to get governors to vote for " early " posting, and couldn't get enough governors to vote ). As it stands now, we won't get the results of the vote now until GL # 5 ! And who knows when that might be??

Please indicate here whether or not you think that the President should post the budget vote results on this board now. [ Note: subsequent to this post, a new thread/poll on this topic has been posted at the top of the screen as a " sticky " for voting ].

There may be other items in addition to these three that governors would like to discuss at this meeting arising out of GL # 4 - thus the adding of this new agenda item.

GL # 4 was mailed out to all governors on Monday morning, April 12. The one topic raised was the lack of publication of the 2010-11 Budget, and the results of the budget vote. So a new item was started - a poll to vote on early posting of these items, rather than having to await GL # 5.

Is this summary generally satisfactory?
