Motions # 2010-08 to -11 are now published in GL # 3 for " First Discussion ". You can go there to see what changes are being suggested to roles of certain of the CFC Executive. We are dealing with the President, Vice-President, Treasurer and FIDE Representative.
These motions are being brought by myself and governors Ken Craft, Paul Leblanc and Hal Bond.
As well, the Lavin Motion # 2010-01 also dealing with the roles of the Executive, has now been ruled out of order, due to Lyle Craver withdrawing as seconder. A number of governors ( myself, Ken Craft, Hal Bond, Paul Leblanc, Michael von Keitz, Gary Gladstone, Mark Bluvshtein, Patrick McDonald ) had brought 7 motions amending that motion, and so they are now dead too. So we will now be bringing 3 new motions dealing with Tournament Coordinator, Public Relations Coordinator, and Junior Coordinator, to get the changes we had wanted.
