Our traditionnal "Start the year well" tournament will be held on Saturday January 2nd at the Civic Center of Kapuskasing (88 Riverside Drive).
Time control: 30 minutes
5 rounds
Open section:
1rst prize: 300$ + free registration and lodging at the Northern Ontario championship (Thunder Bay, March, 5 days)
2nd prize: 250$
3rd prize: 150$
There will be a junior section also.
Entry fee: 25$ for CFC members; 35$ for others.
Pre-registration essential before Wednesday noon December 30th. This gives me the time to cancel if we don't have the numbers.
