XXXII Pan-American Youth Chess Championship 2022 @ Uruguay
The Confederation of Chess for America (CCA) and the Uruguayan Chess Federation (FUA), are pleased to invite all National Chess Federations of the Americas to the XXXII Pan-American Youth Chess Festival Open and Girls, from June 25 to July 2, 2022 in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Playing Venue
Radisson Montevideo Victoria Plaza Hotel (Plaza Independencia 759) - Ballroom.
Tournament Format and Time Control:
9 Rounds, Swiss System.
The time control shall be 90 minutes with an additional 30 seconds per move from move one
Registration:

2. Download and fill out the Official PanAM registration form : HERE (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LLLydlw5q_DbTjy69wsld3c7pJS1uTY0/edit#gid=1423538886)
Fill in the player(s) and accompanying person information and send to cfcyouthchess@gmail.com
** when you submit, change the file name to "2022-PanAM-Player name".
Fees:
An invoice will be created for each family
Official Players: USD 75 (seventy five US dollars)
Additional Players: USD 100 (one hundred US dollars)
Badges for everyone: USD 10 (ten US dollars)
Transport From & To Airport per person: USD 35 (thirty five US dollars).
Hotel booking fee: will be calculated base on each family
CFC Administration fee: CAN 50 per person
CFC exchange rate is 1.35.
Official player section: The highest CFC regular or active rating base on the deadline date
Official player section deadline date: April 23, 2022
The only player who paid the hotel and registration fee in full will be considered as the official player before the deadline date.

Official Hotel : Radisson Montevideo Plaza Hotel
Official Hotel : Regency Way Hotel
Players and Accompanying Persons must be accommodated in the Official Hotels due to the health protocols of the event.
**The playing venue is located at Radisson Montevideo hotel. I had chosen the Radisson Montevideo for Canadian Delegate.
For the other hotel, Regency Way Hotel, there is a 12mins car ride in between two hotels. It is important to stay in the same hotel as the Playing Venue.
**Official players and delegates of each Federation will be lodged in Regency Way Hotel on a double room basis. If they wish to be lodged in Radisson Montevideo Plaza Hotel, you must pay the difference.
***Official players and delegates who wish to stay in a single room must pay the difference
Tournament Registration Deadline:
Due to the early bird hotel discount, we will have 3 deadlines for this event.
April 5, first deadline to take the most benefit of hotel discount.
May 1, take the second benefit of hotel discount.
May 25, the deadline for this tournament.
