Since our software does not allow "voting" on a single item ballot what the CFC does is to open each meeting with a poll.
Poll questions should be consider "light" and are definitely not on issues likely to come before either the CFC Executive or Voting Member Assembly. If they put a smile on your face that's all we seek!
Voting for any of the options marks you as "in attendance" at the meeting and is important for quorum, motions and other matters. (It is NOT important for anything involving chess policy or will form any basis for action by the national executive!)
