Good advertisement for PEI. Still hand pairing. Fred? I occasionally have done so when necessity strikes but mostly use SwissSys these days.

Good advertisement for PEI. Still hand pairing. Fred? I occasionally have done so when necessity strikes but mostly use SwissSys these days. Our tournaments rarely have more than 25 players, so I think it's still effective for that number.
