OK So far Hal and Patrick have said yes. Still waiting for a response from Jonathan and Mark.
Two main things we need to cover:
- Communication with FIDE including assisting NTDs towards FA/IA/IO titles
- Certification of Canadian TDs.
Each of these of course can be split up into smaller sections.
Once we've got everything planned out we can get it all formalized by the Governors. Most likely that will involve "electing" people to be on the Council, but we'll handle it by request for now.
