Hi Guys,
Finally this is ready after months of preparation. This tournament will be the first in Canada ( Score based prize ) and we hope you will join us and support us. Without you as a player in the tournament, this will not be a success.
As some of you may know, I've partnered with Ken Green, another passionate chess fan to establish a Canadian based Chess company called Elevate My Chess Canada Inc. As the name suggests, our goal is simple, to elevate the chess experience of chess players across this country. We are excited about this new venture and we look forward to bringing a fresh approach to tournament management, chess training and a whole new experience for all chess lovers across Canada. Where: Holiday Inn, Oakville Centre, 590 Argus Road, Oakville, Ontario
Format:
5 Round Swiss. CFC rated & FIDE rated tournament in 5 sections: CHAMPIONSHIP, U-2100, U-1800, U-1500, U-1200 and U-900
Entry Options
3 Days – Reg. ends 6pm. Rounds on Friday 7pm, Saturday 11am & 6pm, Sunday 10am & 4pm
2 Days – Reg ends 8:30am. Rounds on Saturday 9am, 1pm & 6pm, Sunday 10am & 4pm
