The CFC directors (executive) invite individuals who have previously indicated that they might be submitting bids for events in 2017, 2018 or 2019 to submit the bids ASAP. We will be contacting the individuals associated with the bids that we did receive shortly. Hopefully for the 2017/18 events including Canadian Junior and Canadian Women's Closed we will have everything wrapped up by September 30th so any additional bids should be submitted by September 24th. For 2019 events aside from CYCC/CO we would like to impose a hard deadline of October 31st for preliminary bids for these events with full bids due by November 15th.
The 2019 bid for Regina, Saskatchewan CYCC/CO will likely go ahead with some minor revisions and clarifications required for final approval by the executive.
