Were Closed championships held in 2003, 2005? If not, this year championship will have very round number 80

I stopped at 2002 because:

1) that was the last championship held in B.C.
2) the crosstables since then are readily available from the CFC site
3) it is a pain to convert the CFC crosstables into the format I am using.

Nevertheless, I will eventually add in the years since 2002. Main problem I have to deal with is the lack of consistency in some of the early names, also I am missing 5 or 6 crosstables. If anyone can help, please let me know.
