This year North American Junior U20 Chess Championship 2017 will be held in Dallas, USA

Date from Aug 30 - Sep 4, 2017



The official players representing Canada will be in the following order :

1. You must write in to the Youth Co-ordinator to indicate your interest to play as official player. Dateline May 1, 2017

2. It will be based on the CFC rating as at May 1, 2017



Official players will be provided hotel and food but they have to pay their own air tickets.

If any parents want to be the Head of Delegation, please write in to indicate your interest as well.

The tournament is about 6 months away and the dateline to submit the entries are two months before the tournament begins which is June 30, 2017

Yinshi Li has been selected as the official player for this tournament for the boy's section.

Rebecca Giblon has been selected as the official player for this tournament for the girl's section . She is the highest rated player at CFC 1987.

Andrew Giblon will be the Head of Delegation.
