Still problems with Chesstalk:

1) Everything posted since August 15 has disappeared.
2) I can't see all the messages/threads - only the last one posted.
3) I was able to make a post - but that's the only one I have access to.
4) Clicking on the forum name ("ChessTalk" or "Parlons échecs") gives a "Not found" message.

Today (and starting yesterday afternoon I think) Chesstalk is basically offline for maintenance. I know that Larry is/was on vacation and they may have decided to just take the site offline until he returns... Maybe this will drive all the chesstalkers here?! lol

This may lower Larry's quoted value of ChessTalk.

Good business owners know better than to go on vacation.

Is it always associated with a specific thread? Several people who claimed to have the problem (I think) felt that it was related to a specific thread - possibly one of the Trump threads... but those are gone now aren't they? I know vbulletin uses a lot of javascript and I think chesstalk uses Google ads, so there might be some pollution still around...

I fixed the problem. Chrome was loading some pages from cache.
