Actually that is not the main responsibility but he has done a great job as Women's Olympic Team Captain the last few times.

I nominate Liza Orlova as Women's Coordinator. She has indicated that she wants the position. She has been a tireless promoter of chess especially in interesting girls in playing. She certainly packs them in when she has a simul.
