I noticed on the CFC meeting forum that Sasha Starr was unable to get to a link provided to the recently posted FIDE budget.
The link that was provided was not correctly formed - leading to an error (a not particularly useful error message at that...)

Oddly enough it worked fine for me when I first tried it but it doesn't work now. I updated the link in Lyle's post to reflect your now working link. Thanks, Kerry.

I think the link handler in the software for these forums gets a little over zealous adding "http" or "https" when there already is one or the other (sometimes).
Classic description of a sometimes bug.
