Since this is the 3rd quarterly meeting of the year I assume most of you know the drill.

Any questions about meeting procedures, how we vote etc. are most welcome HERE.

Just in case, probably a good idea to outline the voting dates and times here ? As you note above "most" know the drill.

Basically voting times on motions are from 2100 ET (1800 PT which is where I am) on day 4 (Wed) through 2100 ET on day 7 (Sat). These seldom change but are given in the agenda item (#10 in the case of this meeting) titled "The Voting Booth".

I have changed the agenda to show voting times in bold and in red.
