Gluing felts back on?

I just opened one of my chess sets for the first time in five years... and about half the felts have fallen off.

I tried Krazy Glue but it doesn't stick to the plastic... what do other people use for this?

I haven't done this in a few years but have used felt from a craft store that was already sticky in one case and have also used felt and glue from the hardware store that looked like Elmer's glue that said it worked on metal, paper and cloth. Many years ago I used a crazy glue that specifically said it worked on metal and cloth. I also have the following product on my shelf which I think I used before for gluing felt. It says that it works on metal, plastic, fabric and wood which should cover most of the options.
