Governors - the 5 Trustees of the Chess Foundation of Canada are made up of 4 trustees elected to 4 year terms one to be replaced annually plus 1 trustee elected for a one year term.

(From the records it is not completely clear what happened in 2010 as only one trustee was supposed to have been elected. It is my intention - supported by Paul Leblanc - to make a motion under "New Business" to make Micah Hughey the 2011 trustee thus extending his term to 2015 to get things back to our historical rotation)
