The CFC Regular Chess Post – Sept. 26/11 – On-line Fall Meeting.

The CFC Governors’ On-line Fall meeting starts Saturday, October 1 and runs to Friday, Oct. 7. There are currently 55 governors, some “ at-large “, and some “ Provincial Representatives “. A draft agenda has been sent to the governors, for them to propose any further items. If you have issues you want the governors to discuss, contact your local CFC Governor ( list at : http://www.chesscanada.info/forum/showthread.php?t=1861 ), and advise him/her what issue you want raised.

....
(3) The Role of the Posting Secretary - The Posting Secretary, or his/her designated alternate, ....shall post the meeting agenda, discussion threads and motion voting threads on the Governors’ Discussion Board as follows:

(i) Posting of Meeting Agenda – As soon as the Secretary can, s/he shall post the agenda on both the Governors’ Discussion Board, and the members’ CFC Chess Forum.
