I have a question regarding Placement number?

I can see that for the top 12 the number is incremental from 1 to 12, after that is jumping to 15 then to 20, then going down to 18, 14, 13 and so on...

Also is Lali Agbabishvili eligible as in "Yes" or not as in "Not enough games

Numbers in the table are not always correct. The same applied to the National team. Hope, order of players in the tables is correct.
Lali is not eligible...it shall be NO.
