Hi Bob(Armstrong):
I hope you are having fun at the 2011 edition of the CO.
Could you doublecheck the spelling of the Fundsraising Coordinator; I think
it should be Brian FIEDLER.

Thanks

Wilf Ferner

Hi Wilf:

Thx for the correction - late night typo error. I've corrected the post.

As to the AGM, it was one of the most effective AGM's I think I have attended. It was great to see the audio/internet hook-up for governors not on site.

I think it demonstrates that Bob Gillanders and team have left the CFC in a very healthy state - augers well for the von Keitz term of office.

But, I'm not sure I can quite go as far as to say it was " fun " But it was better than sticking pins in your eyes !!

Well one of the most 'fun' events I ever took part in was a bughouse tournament but I would not recommend this event as likely either to lead to good governance of the CFC or for that matter improving your chess!
