After 4 rounds, we're down to only two perfect scores at the European Championship, and although both are 2600+ players, neither would be considered among the favourites. Tomorrow Russian Vladimir Potkin plays white against fellow countryman, Boris Savchenko.
There are 19 players with 3.5, so at the moment +3 is pretty well good enough for a World Cup spot, but I expect that might rise to +5 (8) or +6 (8.5) by the end of the event.
