As per the instructions of the President, voting will begin at 2359 EST on Thursday January 20 (day 6 of the meeting). At that time please use the following instructions:

Please copy and paste the following to an e-mail sent to secretary@chess.ca and president@chess.ca. Be sure to clearly indicate whether you are voting “YES”, “NO” or “ABSTAIN” to each motion. If you have not signed into the meeting (Sticky #2 on the agenda) please sign in immediately as only the votes of ‘signed in’ Governors will be counted.
Please note that the Voting Booth was briefly opened and then closed at the President's instructions to allow further time for discussion on motions, particularly those from the floor in this meeting (28e-h). If you voted previously please re-send your votes!

“21. Any Governor who is unable to be personally present at a meeting of the Assembly may appoint any person to act as his proxy. Proxies are not applicable to a meeting of the governors that is conducted entirely online and over the Internet."
