Hi David:

Worth considering - would give the budget making to the new executive, and still get the budget in place before the new fiscal year had started.

One uncertainty at the moment is that Eric has created an AGM Modernization Subcommittee, which I am chairing. It is looking at all options for an AGM, and the problems particularly of govenors attending, and the weak proxy system. It might come up with a model that could move the AGM to earlier in the year. This would then affect the date of finalizing a budget.

I'll raise the idea with Eric.
