You might be mixing up things: it's a Trainers' seminar, but NA is National ARBITER.

Or do you mean North America? And why would THEY plan for OUR long weekends?

Yes, it (NA) was for the North America. Why can they (FIDE) not care about us?

I participated in one seminar (arbitrating hybrid chess) with the similar schedule. It was hard.
