3. Election of voting members from Non-Affiliated Provinces/Territories (nominations

Under our bylaws, non-affiliated provinces and territories are entitled to representation on the basis of their CFC Memberships (1 per 50 or fraction thereof)

Under the CFC - FQE agreement Quebec gets 3 Voting Members which any Quebec outgoing VM is entitled to nominate. Nominations from the floor are allowed but uncommon.

Yukon and the Territories are also entitled to one but both territories have only one CFC member each.
