If the CFC had enticements like that in recent years, it might have been making sales volumes more similar to the "good old days". In those days, incidentally, there was a $1 handling fee for orders under $10 (inflate as you see fit), otherwise there were no shipping fees (because the CFC saw itself as a national organization), and a 5% discount for orders over $200.Originally Posted by Bob Gillanders
