I would like to welcome the CFC voting members to this annual general meeting for incoming voting members where we will choose the leadership of the CFC for this most challenging year. Most of you are returning voting members so you will also be participants in the outgoing meeting as well where there will be discussion of the past year and our current situation with over the board chess being on hiatus due to the Covid-19 virus. There is much to discuss and positions to fill on the board as well as a number of officer, committee and trustee positions.

Actually there is no need for an election for Quebec. Pierre has won women's coordinator and thus we need only accept the slate offered by the FQE for the three positions.
