The Romanian Chess Federation has expressed an interest in playing a Summer Friendly Match with the CFC.
This event is specially designed for mid range junior players, CFC rated from 1400-2000.

Venue : playchess.com/chess.com (not finalized yet)

Team Member: each team approx. 40 players under 18 (2002 and younger)
The final number of players will be increase or decrease depends on how many players registered on the Canadian side and how many match players available on the Romanian side.

Time control : 15'+ 10” per move
Rounds : 2 Rounds Team match
First Round will start on 19:00 Bucharest / 12:00 Ottawa time

Players with a rating of 1400 to 2000 can apply, we will use CFC rating, FIDE rating, and any online system rating as our reference for the final selection.
Deadline date for Team compsotion is date : Wednesday Aug 19^th, 2020
