Update:
I am very delighted to tell you that we are able to increase from 16 boards to 40 boards.
Format change:
Instead of only taking players base on the rating (which is mostly only U18 and U16 players), we are going to take players base on the rating in each age category. In this way, we are giving a chance for the U14, U12, U10 and U08 players to join into the team.
Because of the format change, the selection criteria also changes a bit. Players who are the official players to 2020 PanAm or 2020 NAYCC will have higher priority due to the cancellation of these tournaments.
The number of players in each age category varies depends on the number of players available from the Romania side. We had total of 14 Girls and 26 Open across 12 age categories for this event.
Congratulation to following players:

CFC would like to congratulates everyone on the Team and you are all doing exceptional well. As you are playing exciting games, we are actually able to watch some exciting games and discuss them as well. This match gave players in all age categories to play two games.
After Round 1, the team match score couldn’t have been closer:
Canada = 21 pts and Romania Team = 19 pts.
Round 2’s team match score was just as close as Round 1’s, but this time the scores were flipped: Canada Team = 18.5 pts. and Romania Team = 21.5 pts.
