Default Folding@Home trying to help with COVID-19

The Folding@Home service has started helping with research into COVID-19. They are also aiming for a million people helping with folding.

I've taken the liberty of creating a Chess Federation of Canada team.

If anyone would like to donate a little bit of computing power to help, visit www.foldingathome.org and download the client.

The team number is 240530 and you can put whatever you like in as your identity (I used my real name, spaces aren't allowed so use a _).

I gave up on Folding@Home as the program was almost completely unable to communicate with their servers. I switched to Rosetta@Home which is attacking the same problem from a different angle but is far more reliable.

    The TeamID is 19051.

Folding@Home is working again. The chess.ca team is currently ranked #30034 in the world (out of 246,891 teams). https://stats.foldingathome.org/team/240530

I could probably use a bit of help though

Remember, if you install it, don't choose a disease focus. Most of the current research going through is for COVID-19.

    TeamID is 240530
